*A UCLA Alumni Association membership is required for Alumni, Young Alumni and UCLA Affiliate categories within UCLA Recreation memberships. Cost is $45 annually. Only one (1) Alumni Association membership per family necessary to affiliate. You may also purchase your Recreation and Alumni Association memberships simultaneously at Recreation's Membership & Information Desk.
